Greetings from the molten core of our republic!
Welcome to the home of the newsletter Who We Are To Each Other.
I’m honored to meet you. This a place for thinking about ending bias and discrimination, moving toward a more humane way of being with one another.
The newsletter’s name comes from Adrienne Rich’s poem “If Your Name is on the List,” which ends like this:
***
We want to be part of the future dragging in
what pure futurity can’t use
suddenly a narrow street a little beach a little century
screams Don't let me go….
….do you forget
what we were to each other
More very soon. And until then, please be kind to yourself and to one another.
Warmly,
Jess
